How to use the polar scope with the Reticle 3 ?

First of all, the polar scope has a focus ring. So if the lens of the scope is out of focus (looks like fog inside), please twist the ring to refocus.

Below are instructions for the Northern and Southern Hemisphere.

North Hemisphere:

1. First, find out the Big Dipper in the sky with a planetarium app(its AR feature).

2. Adjust your setup's gesture, until the "Big Dipper" icon in the scope matches its actual orientation in the sky.

3. Lastly do the fine-tune to place the Polaris on the edge of the small circle. (The "Polaris" icon of scope just indicates that Polaris should be placed on the edge of the circle.)

South Hemisphere:

1. First, find out the Octans in the sky with a planetarium app(its AR feature).

2. Adjust your setup's gesture, until the "Octans" icon in the scope matches its actual orientation in the sky.
