If you mean the scratches on your Rotator, it's NOT a used or refurbished unit, which is definitely not allowed by us.

What you see should be just the scratches on the protective film, which is common. Try scratching it with your nails, you will get more scratches.

You may peel off the protective film—easier from the edge—and get to see the real front panel. You could remove the protective film if you'd like to.
