There are 2 versions of iOptron adapters. Both adapters can't work with iPolar. And it could not work with (iOptron SkyTracker Pro and SkyGuider™) Tracking Equatorial Mount, if you have any doubts, please contact our support (support@movehsootmove.com) before the purchase.

1) Remove the cap of the pointer
2) Screw the pointer into the adapter
3) Mount the Quick Polar Finder to the polar scope port of Skywatcher Star Adventurer*/ iOptron Skyguider Pro.

*For the Skywatcher Star Adventurer, when properly installed, Quick Polar Finder will not be perfectly aligned with the polar scope. This is normal and it's been tested that the laser beam will go straight through the polar scope, thus not affecting polar alignment.

This laser kit fits my iOptron Skyguider pro perfectly. This will be a game changer for aligning with the north star. Previous. I would have to hold a laser with one hand while trying to adjust the option with the other hand. This resulted in many misses and frustration. This product, along with a Benro 3 way head will make alignment a snap.

I found this polar alignment guide to be extremely useful, especially when using a low tripod for widefield Milkyway shots. It is easier to get a rough polar alignment and fine tune it after. Highly recommend!

Only jad chance to use it last night but what a awesome piece of kit. It reduces my time polar alignment on my mount and gives me a better polar alignment on my asiair as well. Fully recommended this device. Big thanks and a speedy deliver.
Works as advertised flawlessly. However, the battery door design is poor. Removing the attach screw is almost impossible to not drop it. It would be nice if the Skywatcher was offered in a bundle. Like offering a laser for polar alignment, 90 degree eye piece, camera mounting brackets and maybe DSLR camera remote release cables.
Instead of the uncertainty of doing it by hand, we were able to accurately hit the North Star with a laser pointer. It was so fantastic, but the delivery issue was so wrong.
